DO YOU OFFER SLIDING SCALE RATES?

A limited number of sliding scale slots are available, on an as needed basis. Contact me for more information.

HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION TAKE?

Each session is 50 minutes. When you arrive at out office, have a seat in the waiting room and your therapist will come out at the beginning of your appointment time. For online sessions, you will receive a secure zoom link by e-mail before the session.

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

Our clinic is able to direct bill to number of insurers including Alberta Blue Cross, Canada Life and others. For insurance companies that we can't direct bill, we can provide you with a receipt for reimbursement. We also accept cash, credit cards and e-transfers.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment with more than 24 hours is no problem. If you need to cancel with less than 24-hour notice, a $50 cancellation fee is charged. Existing clients can manage their appointments using our online booking tool.
